Decreased Graphics Performance with ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB On Mac Pro 3,1 #133

Hi, I am not sure if Catalina just requires more graphics memory or something, but I am getting lots of glitches when watching videos. Also my webcam has become unusable with Zoom and FaceTime.

Any ideas on how I could improve this?
