THIS IS NOT YOUR HELPDESK, WE HAVE FORUMS FOR A REASON. Please only file an issue here for code-related problems. This is not an issue system for resolving issues with using the compiled binaries, or discussing functionality issues with Catalina on your unsupported machine.

I know this fix but issue is back after update (which for Chrome you don't wanna disable) Dosdude says it's not an issue with his patcher in the FAQ on the main patcher page however this is wrong! Opening fight after crash report as he said works but the issue will soon come back!

It happens to a lot of apps, to the point where I left using Catalina patcher.

Mojave Patcher also graphically breaks support for Chrome and Discord with NVIDIA Tesla cards (didn't test 8600M GT yet but 9400 and 320 are affected) and there is no fix I am aware of.

If your machine is stuck at El Capitan, I would recommend High Sierra patcher as it won't add any bugs. Oftentimes, the GPU is officially supported in High Sierra but not the Mac itself, why, idk, go ask Apple. You may also jump higher in the case of an El Capitan max machine, but then that is Big Sur or Monterey, which are significantly heavier than Catalina and older, + unlike High Sierra it requires Metal so bugs are to be expected!

If your Mac is stuck at High Sierra, either stick to it or go to Big Sur/Monterey.

If your Mac is lucky enough not to have NVIDIA Tesla graphics (11" or 13" Mid 2011 MacBook Air, 13" Early or Late 2011 MacBook Pro, Mid 2011 Mac Mini with Intel Graphics, anything with defective AMD 5000/6000 series in Macs does not count because even when functional it doesn't support any patches to newer than High Sierra, so I think these 5 machines are the only one where Mojave patcher could be worth using).

This was a known issue. It was fixed. If you update, the apps will launch, but the music app might not work.

For Chrome / Edge / Chromium, there's another specific issue, see #237
