Problem started today, and downloading the newest patches changes nothing.
As the title suggests, I had repeated crashes/load into the login screen. Used Safe Mode to isolate the problem, found out that opening Messages caused a crash, then when it logged back in, Messages attempted to start automatically and would cyclically cause crashes. I know Messages is an infamously tricky thing to get working, so maybe you're already aware of this issue. Thanks.
