Unable to access the Post Install Utility #60

After successfully using the patcher utility to install Catalina on a Mac Pro 3,1, I am trying to use the post install utility to install an extra patch I need. However, after booting the installation USB and double-clicking on macOS Post Install, nothing happens. An error appears on the log (text copied from the attached screenshot):

Managed to resize the window for the full error (no such file or directory): 30960

I suspect this is due to some incompatibility with APFS on an unsupported system. I have downgraded to Mojave on macOS Extended (Journaled) for now.
