Integrate AuthUserService with Backend #51

Update AuthUserService to use AuthHttp to fetch information about the current user from the server.

After a quick meeting, we decided that we didn't need AuthUser or AuthUserService anymore.

Instead, going to add a REST endpoint to get a DoseEventUser for the current logged-in user.

Closing as invalid ticket.
