Repository Refactor

The project has changed a lot since the beginning. Now that this repository focuses primarily on RPC-related tasks, the project needs to become easier to develop on and get started with:

• [x] Docker refactor: originally this project was intended to be an app so parts of the app were split into multiple containers. Since that effort was moved to another repo, simplify the Docker configs and place into one container for development (or remove altogether).
• [x] Rethink apps/ structure: the only "app" in this repo are the docs. There's also the example server just to have an immediate and real example of Prim+RPC usage, with lots of the bells and whistles. Rename projects to reflect that.
• [x] Goodbye unused configs: it's time to remove any config that's not needed or that makes management more complicated.
• [x] Simpler project commands: this ties in with all other goals but the project needs to be easier to contribute.
• [x] Simpler README: Make all project documentation (including contributing, security, etc.) easier to read from a glance. Use emoji. Use bullet points. Keep it simple. This will tie in with simpler docs (a goal after cleanup). Move development notes into CONTRIBUTING.md and keep the README as a general overview and introduction.

These are goals to accomplish before restructuring the documentation (which will be a separate PR).
