Fix other DLC moves, "Matcha Gotcha", "Blood Moon", and "Syrup Bomb"

oof, actually we found these problematic moves too & fixed this upstream in processUsageAlts() to detect potential IDs & perform Dex lookups for their properly formatted names, so I'll have to deny this PR unfortunately.
