This PR updates the internal damage calc to support the Gen 9 DLC 2 mechanics & adds a new Showdex module called the Honkdex, which is an out-of-battle Calcdex. Most notable under-the-hood change is the migration from Showdown's LocalStorage to IndexedDB for all things Showdex storage, including the sets cache.
