Added extra completion conditions and fixed bugs #12

Bugfixes:

Fixed bug where loading Moon Berry crashed level
Fixed bug where victory was not sent

Enhancements:

Added Level 7A and 9A as victory conditions
Made it so accessibility checks are performed on level entry
