This PR fixes major changes that occur, if fhir-types package is updated to version 4.0.34

[How did you fix this bug?]

[ ] Update fhir-types to version 4.0.34
[ ] adapt type validation and error handling to major changes in fhir-type and io-ts
[ ] Add winston logger and remove console logs
