i18n Localisation #13

Describe the solution you'd like Set up a multilingual way of working

Describe alternatives you've considered Use translation files and use the browser header to find the best chose.

Additional context I'd like to add the Occitan language.

Hey that's a great idea! Yeah, currently there is no such thing as localization but we can add that! Besides English and Occitan I could contribute German. I haven't worked with i18n libraries for react so far, we could probably go with react-i18n-next which seems pretty stable.
