Should a delete of an event trigger cancellation-messages to attendees? In other words... when an organizer creates a new event, is that event visible to possible attendees at once, or does an admin sanction the event (e.g. publish it for subscription) before people can subscribe?
It would be strange if organizers would be able to cancel an event and attendees that have subscribed wouldn't be notified about the cancellation.
That's a good point, but for now, not necessary. It has never happened that we've cancelled an active event. If that would happen, we would reach out to the registered people personally to cancel.
