Error loading Omni Sharp #140

I have the latest versions of unity-mono develope- the plug-in, I downloaded everything yesterday. After doing all the steps and opening VSC I get this error: "Error: Cannot start Omnisharp because Mono version >=4.0.1 is required" I'm on Mac.

You need to install the mono framework (sdk).
