Compatibility with new VSCode 1.18.0 #157

Hello, I have just updated to new VSCode 1.18.0 and it seems like VSCode for Unity doesn't work anymore. I clicked to Unity Preferences and VSCode line dissapeared. Everything worked great before update. Please help!

Idk, i have created new project and it worked..
