Error in Unity 5.3.4f #88

I just download latest version of VsCode and show me this error when open a project:

error CS0016: Could not write to file `Temp/Assembly-CSharp-Editor-firstpass.dll', cause: Access to the path "C:\Users\myUser\Documents\Unity Projects\TutrialShaders\Temp\Assembly-CSharp-Editor-firstpass.dll" is denied.

did someone find a solution?

UPDATE: just an error with a blocked aplication
