[core] : Missing Chinese translations in the back-end #17062

Reported via Support: Zendesk-98997 Reproducible in dotCMS 3.7.2, 5.1.6, and latest master (5.2.0)

Describe the bug

I18n doesn't display correctly in Chinese for several Strings in the dotCMS back-end.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select the Chinese language, and go to the dotCMS back-end.
  2. Notice several parts of the page displaying text in English: 2.1 The breadcrumb in the top of the page displaying Home | 儀表板 2.2 Menu option displaying Site 2.3 Menu option displaying Types & Tags 2.4 Menu option displaying Dev Tools 2.5 In the Content Search portlet, in the filter options, displaying Advanced. 2.6 And so on.

Expected behavior

dotCMS must ship with ALL messages and words translated in ALL the supported language.
