As a content producer/merchandiser, I want greater flexibility in producing engaging banners with overlays.
As a content producer/merchandiser, I want to select a background asset for the banner (image, GIF or video)
As a content producer/merchandiser, I want to create one or more overlay objects, where an overlay object is a combination of text (font/font size), image and color.
As a content producer/merchandiser, I want to be able to add the newly created banner with overlay objects while I'm in Edit Mode (Anywhere).
As a content producer/merchandiser, when I added the banner with overlays in the appropriate content container, I then want to be able to select an overlay object and move it to it's exact location within in the content container. I want to repeat this for all overlay objects, and when done, save / publish the page.
Acceptance Criteria
The only thing we currently don't support in dotCMS / EMA is the ability to select overlay objects and move them around within the content container.

Newell Digital (Gary Peek and team) loves dotCMS. However, Ceros is knocking on Newell's door, and the business users love it. I have already provided a comparison of Ceros vs dotCMS, but we can do more.
