Currently, when I try to use the import to dotCMS tool in the blog editor, the text properties bar is overlapping with them. This can make it difficult to access the button and can lead to accidental clicks on some of the text properties, which may cause errors or delays when creating and editing blog posts.
Steps to Reproduce
Log in to dotCMS as a content editor.
Navigate to the blog editor and select an existing blog post or create a new one.
Notice that the "Import to dotCMS" button is overlapping with other important features, such as the text properties tools.
Attempt to use the text properties tools, but find it difficult to click on them without accidentally clicking the import button.
Realize that the import button should be displayed in a way that does not overlap with other important features in the blog editor, and report the issue to the development team.
Acceptance Criteria
The "Import to dotCMS" button in the blog editor should be displayed in a way that does not overlap with other important features, such as the text properties tools.
The button should remain easily accessible and functional from the blog editor.
If there are any errors preventing the button from being used effectively, they should be displayed clearly and with instructions on how to fix them.
