Display hint text on entry fields #25116

Problem Statement

Where there is hint text on a content field, it is hidden and only seen if you mouse over or click the little talk bubble icon. I miss this every time and in this case it's telling you not to use https:// in front of the url. Would be helpful to actually see hint text instead of the icon.
