We're trying to get away from this edit mode that looks like a phone. The reason being, users don't understand that when they edit a responsive design, it edits phone, tablet, and desktop views. So when they click edit, even if they have previously previewed a page on a specific device, it should still just load the default edit view.
I know we went back and forth on this in Slack, but the goal was to get rid of this view that shows a fake phone while the user was editing content.
