Problem Statement

There's a bit of button wobble when you toggle between edit and preview, it's most noticeable if you look at the "lock" icon to the right of these two buttons.

Internal QA: Passed. The original issue was fixed. However, I noticed that the cursor is not changing to a hand when I hover over the links. ~I'll file a new issue for this~

Fixed, tested in master and now I'm unable to reproduce the problem reported.
