Template Builder: Fixing Columns Offset #25982

Problem Statement

When using template builder, the offset is not working correctly. This causes the column position to be offset from its intended position.

The offset should be fixed so that the column is in its intended position
The template builder should work properly

Fixed, tested on master and now I'm unable to reproduce
