User Story
As a client, I want to be able to extend the dotcli functionality to integrate new features, so I can add more commands to run existing functionality in my own way or even call custom functionality on the dotcms instance.
It would be great to have the ability to integrate commands based on Java or SH
I would think will exist a folder (or folders) where clients may drop a jar with the new commands or sh's
Acceptance Criteria
The client is able to add new functionality to the cli, for instance if I have an endpoint to create an user it would be great to be able to create an add-ons to read a csv file and do an user creation batch by cli, for example!
