As a dotCMS admin, I want to have dotCMS check that the automated emails users receive are not duplicates prior to sending
Steps to reproduce:
Create a form in dotCMS that sends a copy of the responses to the user when completed
Fill out the form
Click submit, and then immediately click the stop button in the browser, before any redirects happen
Refresh the page
Submit the form again
The user will receive two emails.

When an email subject, to and from fields match the fields from another email that was sent recently, dotCMS should cancel sending the second email.
