Youtube embedded URL doesn't work in block editor.

Problem Statement

When a video is added in the block editor using "VIDEO URL" the embedded URL doesn't work, and the video is unplayable. In DEMO if the URL is hardcoded the embedded URL without the watch param works (only in the demo in 23.01 not).

Steps to Reproduce

1.- Add video into the Block Editor. 2.- Add Video URL e.g. https://www.youtube.com/embed/tAGnKpE4NCI?si=RqfpDQsxQHevhn5P this URL will throw an error in DEMO. 3.- Add Video URL e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAGnKpE4NCI this URL won't reproduce the video in DEMO and 23.01
