Problem Statement

The title text area within the search portlet is not responding as expected to changes in screen size or device orientation

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the application and navigate to the search portlet
  2. Adjust the browser size or view the portlet on different devices to test responsiveness
  3. Observe the behavior of the title text area in comparison to the rest of the portlet elements

Acceptance Criteria

The title text area within the search portlet should dynamically adjust its size and layout according to the screen size or device orientation
