Users are encountering an issue in dotCMS where checkbox values in a form are being overridden when the form is added to a page. This problem leads to incorrect or unintended values being displayed or processed, affecting the form's functionality and the accuracy of data collection.
Also, we are not keeping the checkboxes selection on new forms
Steps to Reproduce
Log into the dotCMS backend with the necessary credentials.
Create or edit a form, adding checkboxes with predefined values.
Add this form to a page within the site.
Observe that the checkbox values in the form on the page are different from those originally set in the form creation/editing process.
Acceptance Criteria
Preservation of Checkbox Values: Ensure that the values of checkboxes in a form remain consistent and unchanged when the form is added to a page.
Validation of Data Integrity: Implement checks to verify that the data being displayed on the page matches the data set during the form creation or editing process.
