Content Type per Site: Update Content Type List UI for Filtering by Site

Task description

As a dotCMS user, I want to be able to filter the content type list by site so that I can easily manage content types specific to each site.

Acceptance Criteria

• The content type list UI should have a dropdown menu for selecting a site to filter by.
• When a site is selected from the dropdown menu, only content types associated with that site should be displayed in the list.
• The filtering by site should be dynamic and update the list without requiring a page refresh.
• The UI piece should go behind a FF

Do we need another dropdown to filter the list or should the global site picker change the list?

• If we say we need a filter, the filter should default to the site the user is currently looking at and only include sites that the user has permissions for.
• If we say we will use the global site picker, we will need a checkbox or something that says - "include system content types" which would show content types on the system host - again, this would need to be permission based.
