Move 'future' time machine to the page editor and remove the existing time machine #27826

User Story

As a user, I want to be able to select a future date and time directly from the page editor to see how a page will display at a point in the future.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Move future time machine to the page editor
  2. Allow users to select both a date AND time
  3. This should work with EMA
  4. Remove existing snapshot functionality (this is deprecated)
  5. Remove the existing time machine UI
