Problem Statement

Users encountering license errors in the Unified Visual Editor (UVE) are not provided with clear and actionable information. Additionally, the "Needs License" screen is not informative or user-friendly, leading to confusion

Steps to Reproduce

• Start your UVE example (NextJS or Angular)
• Attempt to navigate to any page
• Observe the current error handling and the "Needs License" screen.

Acceptance Criteria

• Improved License Error Handling: Implement clear and informative error messages when users encounter license errors, providing guidance on how to resolve the issue.
• Enhanced "Needs License" Screen: Redesign the "Needs License" screen to be more user-friendly, informative, and actionable.
