Content export does not react to checkboxes in search #29425

Problem Statement

When exporting content, you may only want a subset of content not selectable purely by filtering — such as a single page of content type results, or maybe four specific blog posts, etc.

Our docs say it's possible to narrow the items to export by hitting checkboxes, but that's not the demonstrated behavior. Currently, export is sensitive to search filtering, but not to checkbox selection.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Content Search screen
  2. Filter content to enable export
  3. Attempt export, note the number of items it includes
  4. Now hit checkboxes of a subset of the visible items
  5. Hit export, and find the number of items has not changed

Acceptance Criteria

Export should be sensitive to Content Search checkbox selections.
