fix(Widget) Code Rendering Refs:#25523

Proposed Changes

• The default the underlying strategy that renders code is triggered by the content-type Widget therefore I am introducing a option to override this behavior when the rendering param is false
• A Test was introduced as well
• I'm grabbing stuff from another PR that never made it in. Where a Fake request is used to render avoiding calling invalidations or redirects
