Reproduced in nightly build 2014-10-06

Related to #6441

After upgrade from 2.2 in Oralce and Mysql, You will see that duplicate entries in default scheme. Please see http://screencast.com/t/fZTSbbJSkjWq

Fixed, tested on a Oct-15-2014 distribution // Postgres // Linux // FF
