Unable to save/update object to hibernate session #8051

We are having this error when you try to cut and paste any folder with some file assets to other path, and the folder never moves

To recreate:

Create a new folder
Upload some file assets
Tty to cut and then go in to other folder and try to paste

We have the error on backend, but not in logs...

FYI: Able to reproduce on 3.2.3, and if you try with an empty folder, the system is moving the folder without problems
