[ ] We are having a null message in the new NG2 login UI if you are running dotCMS on Microsoft Edge

[ ] After login as any limited user, the system isn't refreshing the new angular menu, then if you try to open any portlet that you don't have permissions, the system is showing this message: "Ooops, sorry. This has caused a problem " Also we are having a permissions exception on log: https://gist.github.com/bryanboza/e3c116e2123808ca85e55eb37a063ec7

Tested on maste-3.7 // Postgres // FF
