404 on samples and api reference link #111

the current links on the readme.md to the api ref and documentation do a 404

Thanks, they should be up to date now, there is not samples in the same sense as there was before, and the Github pages are still a work in progress, so there is only a basic sample for now...

Samples can be launched in Plunkr directly to play with.
