Not sure how to document this.

Won't fix, as of the latest change to Angular where the "routing" part has been moved to a separate module, we will depreciate the compatibility support over time for angular-routing.

Besides it doesn't have any "API", it's just a decorator that will be registered with the $routeProvider.
