pull angular 1.2.0 #39

Migrate to the newest version of angular.

It is worth noting that when this is done, the bug around HTML 5 mode will also be present for angular routing.

Here a workaround using the base ref tag is needed at least until angular 1.1.6 is released or later

Resceduled as 1.1.5 has a known defect in routing, will wait and see for now to see if a 1.1.6 shouldn't come before re reach 0.5.

Actually this looks to be a 1.2.0 instead, there seems to be a 1.2.0 RC1 out as this is posted.
