今天从npm install scws入坑了大半天，才注意到issues这里有回复说不支持win平台的，因此希望在README上注明，防止更多人入坑……

好的，有时间看下Windows具体什么问题，如果没有可能支持就写上，谢啦，很抱歉浪费了你的时间
