Mark basic needs for each strata on consumption nodes with a (B) or similar. And mark luxury needs with an (L) or similar.

As of PR11 this is implemented indirectly because it shows the happiness/workforce gain of a good.

However there is now a new similar issue with lifestyle goods so something might still be needed.
