Fix issue with fastapi version 0.100 and onwards

• Resolve imports on fastapi constants that were removed in version 0.100 and onwards

Alternative solution:

• Add fastapi version dependency i.e. fastapi<=0.99 in the poetry dependency file. Should add fastapi dependency in any case.
