Have entire chat authenticate with dotabod to login with steam to validate dotabuff or opendota ranking and get average chat rank, top ranked chatter, and lowest ranked chatter

could do an !only x where x is a medal name command too, delete chat from everyone unless they verify

twitch is phasing out moderators being able to delete messages as a bot

phasing in, specific streamer scopes to allow a bot to delete messages
