Did some work on blocks.psd.

changed to windows colors (these should blend pixel-perfect on windows-16:9-Low Quality Dashboard)
removed hero relic lvls (dota plus)
removed All Hero Challenge
updated map to current
and some pixel-adjustments
changed strategy map (not 100% sure about this change)
