Add Feed Generation Capability #21

Requested by @mohawk2 - add the ability to modify and create feeds (in Atom 1 and RSS 2 format).

There's a first swing taken at this in the write branch, still missing documentation. It will probably break down in many cases, because writing really needs to be aware of the feed type
