The old plugin code should be adapted to use Mojo::Feed::Reader, and incorporated into this module with its relevant tests. I've started work on this, but haven't pushed the branch

Done. Backwards-compatible stuff is in the plugin module code. I made a release, let's see if Mojo::Feed will replace M::P::FeedReader
