Improve CSS for auto-generated pages #33

It would be nice to stylize the generated pages to have a similar theme to the .Astronomy website

We should also make sure we include the images. I think it would be good to make the pages real pretty since they will be the main place to showcase hacks :)

@astrofrog Just getting back to this. Totally agree. If we want people to submit hacks there needs to be some sort of carrot (i.e. shameless self-promotion made easy ;) I noticed there are still loads of hacks missing including PAPR (astro-ph tinder) A couple of weeks ago I created this: .Astronomy Hacks – Image Gallery. It wasn't auto generated from .yml files, but it could have been - I actually don't know how to insert auto generate web content yet (via PHP or other. It's on my to do list... along with sort out life ;)

I've modified the theme on hacks-collector to use Bootstrap. I was going to put an image from each dotastro in the jumbotron header but the dotastro site is down (it was hacked).
