Feature update #13

Installs protontricks automatically
Restarts Steam automatically
Autodetects whether 7th Heaven is on SD or internal
Gives option to copy 7th Heaven to the SD card when using the -c flag
Removes some pointless dialog boxes
Cleans up terminal output
