In response to https://github.com/dotaxis/7thDeck/issues/18, I decided it was time to give the Linux branch some love.

Changes:

Switch to 7th Heaven Stable release
Use EXE to install 7th Heaven
Find FF7 installation and proton prefix programmatically
Find SteamLibrary programmatically
Refactoring to improve speed and functionality
