While I was hoping to wait until Proton 9 went gold to do this, but something broke in SLR2/Proton7 on the 16th which forced my hand here.

When Proton 9 leaves beta, this branch will be updated to use that.

This fixes the controller input bug people are experiencing as of April 16th.

Some changes:

Use Proton Experimental and SLR3
Rework detection of SLR and Proton
Rework wrapper so paths aren't hardcoded
Add logging for 7th Heaven installer and use /VERYSILENT to hide its popups
Suppress general settings window on first launch of 7th Heaven
General bug fixes and accounting for more edge cases
