I don't think Steam Reaper is strictly necessary. I was able to get 7th Heaven and FF7 to launch in desktop and game mode using just the sniper runtime and proton on my machine, but I'm going to try to get a couple more people to test it before I merge this just in case.
I also updated the SteamDeckSettings XML because it wasn't properly enabling 16:10, and I want Steam Compatibility enabled by default.
